From LVT to Instructional Designer

Licensed veterinary technician turned instructional designer with a passion for finding novel, exciting ways to engage adult learners (e.g. animation, gamification, multimedia, storytelling, interactive activities).

Currently a PhD student in Learning Technologies at UNT with a research focus on anxiety reduction in learners through the integration of online CBT into course curriculum.

I believe that by creating an emotionally supportive, psychologically safe, and engaging learning environment, we can help employees develop their skills, increase their confidence, and achieve their career goals.
